About the role

As a Technical Account Manager at Holafly, you will serve as the essential link between strategic business partners and our engineering teams. You will own end‑to‑end partner implementations, driving integration speed and ensuring reliable connectivity for millions of travellers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and execute seamless API integrations and custom technical setups for new partners.
• Act as the primary technical advisor, resolving architectural bottlenecks and maintaining integration health.
• Develop repeatable implementation workflows and comprehensive documentation to support rapid B2B account growth.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to champion high‑impact partner feature requests.
• Monitor integration metrics, conduct health checks, and optimize system performance for high‑availability connectivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Implementation Specialist in SaaS or B2B technology.
• Strong partner‑first mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for commercial stakeholders.
• Data‑driven problem‑solver comfortable using analytical tools to diagnose and improve technical performance.
