Technical Documentation Engineer - Aerospace

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Technical Documentation Engineer to join its aerospace activities in Casablanca, Morocco. The role covers the analysis of technical documentation for aircraft engines and aerospace components, defect investigation, and the creation and maintenance of technical instructions and maintenance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze technical documentation related to aircraft engines and aerospace components.
• Investigate and analyze defects identified on aeronautical parts.
• Develop, review and update technical instructions and maintenance documentation.
• Create and maintain DICA documentation.
• Analyze and interpret acceptance criteria for aerospace components.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Good knowledge of aircraft engines and aerospace systems.
• Experience in technical documentation analysis and technical writing.
• Ability to analyze non-conformities and acceptance criteria for aerospace parts.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
• Aerospace industry experience is highly appreciated.
