Technical Lead Expert

About the role

Harmony Technology is seeking a Technical Lead Expert to steer complex software projects, ensure architectural coherence, and mentor development teams. The role bridges business objectives with technical execution, driving innovation across publishing, IT integration, and IoT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural and design guidance to create robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Lead, manage, and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that satisfy both technical and business requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to foster continuous innovation.
• Conduct code reviews to guarantee high quality, performance, and adherence to standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong decision‑making, communication, and forward‑thinking abilities.
• Certifications in architecture or leadership are a plus.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Python and other modern programming languages.
• Experience with both frontend and backend development.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes, continuous integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure.
