Technical Lead – Outlook Messaging / Microsoft 365

About the role
We are seeking a senior Technical Lead to own the Outlook and Exchange architecture within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will shape the product roadmap, drive automation, and provide expert level‑3 support for critical incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Define, document, and maintain the technical architecture for Outlook and Exchange services.
- Build and evolve the product technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Drive monitoring, automation, and industrialisation initiatives.
- Provide level‑3 expertise for major incidents and lead incident diagnosis.
- Produce architecture documentation, validation plans, performance indicators, and automation scripts or dashboards.
Required profile
- Senior technical lead with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 messaging.
- Proven ability to design and govern large‑scale Outlook/Exchange solutions.
