Technical Project Manager – Remote (Pre‑sales)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support pre‑sales activities for a French client. The position is remote and part‑time, ranging from 2 to 10 hours per week, with the possibility to evolve into a full‑time project management role if the engagement progresses.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in technical pre‑sales discussions and solution design.
• Gather and analyse client requirements, produce accurate project estimates.
• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to define architecture and delivery approach.
• Prepare and present technical proposals in French.
• Transition to project management duties if the project moves to execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Professional working proficiency in French (B2+).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
