Technical Recruiter (Remote Contract)

About the role

Prestige IT Consulting is seeking a remote Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to source, attract, and hire technical talent for a variety of IT positions. The role operates during US business hours and manages the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Source candidates using online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain talent pipelines and provide market insights on technical skills and compensation trends.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to track progress and generate reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, especially for technical roles.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple requisitions.
