Technical Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a high‑velocity Technical Recruiter to support a fast‑growing engineering design services firm. You will bridge complex engineering needs with top‑tier talent, working remotely on a 9‑5 EST schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deep‑dive into technical requirements to understand specific tech stacks, tools, and environments.
• Source and outreach high‑volume candidates, aiming for at least two quality submissions per day.
• Fill roles within a 48‑hour window, managing the full recruitment cycle in the ATS.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Execute outbound strategies including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to align candidate profiles.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in technical recruiting within IT, software, or engineering domains.
• Proven track record in SaaS, tech, or consulting environments.
• Professional fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work a strict 9‑5 EST schedule.

Required skills

• Mastery of outbound sourcing techniques, including cold calling and advanced LinkedIn search.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing recruitment processes in an ATS (Loxo preferred).
