Technical Solution Manager

About the role

The Technical Solution Manager ensures that Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) solutions based on the TETRA ETSI standard meet customer functional and operational requirements. You will lead the technical definition, design, and delivery of end‑to‑end TETRA solutions from bid through project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse customer functional and operational requirements.
• Define the technical solution, including specification, architecture, dimensioning, resiliency, performance, security and cost optimisation.
• Produce High‑Level Design (HLD) and Low‑Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Configure network elements and provide parameter packages for roll‑out.
• Conduct technical reviews with customers, manage change requests and commitment tracking.
• Coordinate with suppliers on technical specifications and qualification plans.
• Define scope of supply, integration strategy, test plans and system acceptance procedures.
• Support operational planning with the customer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the telecommunications domain, preferably with TETRA solutions.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and obtain the necessary security clearance.
