Technical Solution Manager – Telecommunications

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space Morocco is seeking a Technical Solution Manager (Telecommunications Solution Architect) to join its System Design & Engineering team in Rabat. You will ensure that Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) solutions based on the TETRA ETSI standard meet customer functional and operational requirements throughout bid and project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse customer functional and operational requirements.
• Define the technical solution, including specification, architecture, dimensioning, resiliency, performance, security and cost optimisation.
• Produce High‑Level Design (HLD) and Low‑Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Configure network elements and deliver parameter sets for roll‑out.
• Lead technical reviews with customers, manage commitment requests and technical changes.
• Coordinate with suppliers on technical specifications, qualification plans and scope of supply.
• Develop end‑to‑end integration strategy, test plans and oversee system acceptance.
• Support operational planning with the customer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunication or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the telecommunications domain.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow up on activities.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and obtain security clearance.
