Technical Solution Manager – Telecommunications (TETRA)

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space Maroc is seeking a Technical Solution Manager (Telecommunications Solution Architect) to join its System Design & Engineering team in Rabat. You will ensure that Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) solutions based on the TETRA ETSI standard meet customer functional and operational requirements throughout bid and project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse customer functional and operational requirements.
• Define the technical solution, including specification, architecture, dimensioning, resiliency, performance, security and cost optimisation.
• Produce High‑Level Design (HLD) and Low‑Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Configure network elements and deliver parameters for roll‑out.
• Lead technical follow‑up during bids and projects, including reviews, change management and commitment requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers on technical specifications and qualification plans.
• Define scope of supply, integration strategy, test plans and system acceptance procedures.
• Plan operational activities together with the customer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunication or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the telecommunications domain, specifically with TETRA networks.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Willingness to work in an international, proactive environment and ability to obtain a security clearance.
