About the role
Join Oracle Health’s International Support team as a Technical Support Analyst. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, helping clients troubleshoot and resolve incidents across front‑ and back‑end applications while contributing to a human‑centric healthcare experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical expertise to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve incidents, perform application maintenance, and document investigations.
- Conduct troubleshooting investigations on both front‑end and back‑end systems.
- Prioritize work based on severity and urgency, and participate in on‑call rotation.
- Travel up to 20% and work from the Agadir office five days a week.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- SQL proficiency.
