Technical Support Consultant (C1 English, Fully Remote, 4 Months)

About the role

SupportYourApp, a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service provider working with companies such as MasterCard, Calm and MacPaw, is looking for a Technical Support Consultant on a short-term, fully remote basis. The role is open to people with excellent English (at least C1) and offers the possibility of continuing into a long-term collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email and chat in a professional and efficient way
• Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions step by step
• Determine whether an issue relates to the bulb, app, connectivity, setup or user configuration
• Ask the right questions to understand and diagnose the problem
• Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and use good judgment when they do not cover the situation
• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps clearly
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues when necessary
• Manage several conversations at once while keeping accuracy and quality

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English (at least C1)
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical customer support role
• Previous video support experience is an advantage
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
