Technical Support Engineer – Dutch Speaker

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Technical Support Engineer to provide high‑quality technical assistance for its single‑phase UPS product line. You will act as a primary contact for customers, distributors and internal teams across EMEA and occasionally APAC and the Americas, handling inquiries via phone, email and web tickets.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues for single‑phase UPS products through phone, email and web chat.
• Manage escalations to Level 2, Level 3 and Quality teams and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Support sales functions with technical queries, warranty cases, documentation requests and product selection guidance.
• Maintain and update process documentation to improve efficiency.
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and continuous‑improvement initiatives within the Budapest support center.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce effort.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch language skills.
• Strong technical background in electrical/UPS hardware and software.
• Experience providing technical support to end‑users and internal partners.
• Ability to work across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas) and handle pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.
