About the role
Join Dell Technologies in Casablanca as a Technical Support Engineer, providing expert assistance to customers in Dutch and English. You will diagnose, resolve, and document product issues, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer‑reported issues while collaborating with multi‑functional teams.
- Provide feedback to Engineering to improve product quality and reliability.
- Determine priority levels, negotiate, and set expectations with customers.
- Document relevant information and communicate promptly with customers, maintaining respect.
- Drive operational excellence through quality closures and proper escalation of issues.
Required profile
- 2 to 5 years of related experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Strong customer focus, phone etiquette, and work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure with calmness and composure.
- Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures.
- Willingness to work shifts, holidays, weekends and on‑call responsibilities.
