About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide fast, high‑quality pre‑sales and after‑sales assistance for our inverter and energy storage solutions. You will act as the main technical liaison for customers, distributors and installers, ensuring smooth system design, installation and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to technical inquiries via phone, email, online platforms or onsite visits.
- Advise customers on product selection, system design and compatibility during the pre‑sales phase.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with on‑grid, off‑grid and hybrid inverters as well as lithium‑battery storage systems.
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to address complex failures and feed back solutions.
- Create and maintain a multilingual knowledge base (English & Arabic) of common issues and fixes.
- Develop and deliver technical training (online and onsite) for customers, installers and distributors.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, hands‑on guides and video tutorials in English and Arabic.
- Translate, localize and keep Arabic technical documentation up‑to‑date and accurate.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in the PV or electrical industry.
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French for daily business communication.
