Technical Support Engineer – MENA Region

About the role

Dell Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join its Enterprise Technical Support team for the MENA region, based in Casablanca. You will provide remote diagnostic assistance, resolve complex product issues and help customers maximise the value of their IT investments.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer‑reported hardware and software issues using remote tools.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
• Provide clear communication and set expectations with customers in both Arabic and English.
• Document incidents, actions taken and resolutions in the support system.
• Escalate critical problems and feed back product improvement suggestions to Engineering.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and experience following diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and maintain a customer‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of server and storage technologies or ability to learn quickly.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (WAN/LAN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancing).
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux server operating systems.
