Technical Support Executive – POS Devices

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Support Executive to manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of POS devices in Casablanca. The role combines warehouse preparation, field troubleshooting and coordination with operations to ensure devices are deployed securely and reliably for payment partners.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming POS shipments, verify serial numbers/IMEI and accessories.
• Configure devices for deployment, including SIM installation, connectivity testing and application readiness.
• Perform full functional testing and certify devices before dispatch.
• Provide on‑site technical support, resolve connectivity, network and hardware/software issues.
• Manage device replacement, swaps and repair cycles in collaboration with warehouse and operations teams.
• Track device status (active, faulty, replaced) and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level support and follow through to closure.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on installations, issues resolved and pending tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Telecom or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in POS support, telecom field operations or device installation.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently in field environments.
• Valid Moroccan driving licence; own transport preferred.
