About the role
Join TELUS Digital as a Technical Support Representative based in Morocco, providing front‑line assistance for one of the world’s largest internet brands. You will work with enterprise customers, diagnose complex technical issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality technical support to customers, guiding them through problem resolution.
- Prioritize and manage client requests to minimize impact on operations.
- Identify and flag potential outages or widespread issues affecting multiple clients.
- Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps thoroughly for future reference.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (minimum 80 %) and English (minimum 70 %).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain patience during extensive troubleshooting.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence.
