About the role

We are looking for a fixed‑term Technician to support a European collaborative project at the interface of stem‑cell biology, radiobiology and translational research. The position is based in Fontenay‑aux‑Roses, France and will run for 18 months.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hematopoietic and digestive reconstitution assays following irradiation.
• Design, acquire and analyse flow‑cytometry panels.
• Conduct histology, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence on tissue sections to assess intestinal repair.
• Prepare and quality‑control samples for transcriptomic (RNA‑seq) analyses.
• Structure experimental data and collaborate with the scientific team for interpretation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/4) in biology or a related field.
• Experience with flow cytometry is mandatory.
• Familiarity with immunohistology or tissue‑based analyses is desirable.
• Knowledge of cellular and molecular biology techniques, including RNA‑seq, is a plus.
• Ability to work with mouse models, radiobiology or tissue‑regeneration studies is appreciated.
