Technicien de Maintenance - Bernoussi

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team in the Bernoussi district of Casablanca. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment used in the automotive, motorcycle and bicycle sectors. You will ensure that machines operate safely and efficiently while adhering to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on production machinery.
• Carry out routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments and calibration to maintain optimal performance.
• Repair or replace defective components, order spare parts when necessary, and document all maintenance actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in industrial maintenance, electromechanics or a related field.
• Previous experience in an industrial maintenance environment is preferred.
• Resides in Bernoussi or nearby areas.
• Serious, rigorous and able to work well within a team.
