Technicien de maintenance – Sertissage

About the role

The company is looking for a full‑time Maintenance Technician specialized in crimping (sertissage) equipment. Based on‑site in Laayoune, you will ensure that crimping machines and related industrial assets operate reliably and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on crimping equipment.
• Diagnose technical faults, implement corrective actions and minimise production downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance, record interventions and follow safety and quality standards.
• Assist with installation, adjustment and optimisation of new tools and machinery.
• Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement of the sertissage process.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electromechanical or industrial maintenance.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably with crimping or similar processes.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and ability to work in a fast‑paced production setting.
• Ability to read technical documentation, equipment manuals and basic mechanical drawings.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
