Technicien Maintenance

About the role

Magna’s Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting group is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its automotive‑technology production site. You will be responsible for keeping machinery, equipment, pipe, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems operating safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, paint systems and related electrical installations.
• Inspect and test machines and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Lay out, assemble, install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Repair or replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators and other critical parts.
• Operate cutting torches and welding equipment to cut or join metal parts as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial or commercial maintenance environments.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow safety procedures.
• Hands‑on competence with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Willingness to work on‑site and respond to urgent repair requests.
