À propos du poste
ETAB, entreprise de construction TCE, recherche un technicien suivi chantier polyvalent pour intervenir sur ses projets à Casablanca.
Missions principales
- Élaboration des métrés TCE
- Lecture des plans BET et d'architecture
- Gestion des réunions de chantier avec les différents corps d'état
- Gestion d'un large carnet d'adresses fournisseurs et sous‑traitants
Profil recherché
- Niveau Bac+3
- Connaissance approfondie des domaines suivants : VRD, gros œuvre & étanchéité, CFA/CFO, climatisation & plomberie, revêtement de sol, plâtrerie, menuiserie bois & aluminium
Compétences requises
- Métrés TCE
- Lecture de plans BET
- Gestion de réunions de chantier
- Gestion de fournisseurs et sous‑traitants
- Expertise VRD
- Gros œuvre et étanchéité
- CFA/CFO
- Climatisation et plomberie
- Revêtement de sol
- Plâtrerie
- Menuiserie bois et aluminium
