About the role

As a Programming Technician you will take part in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of InnSmart’s intelligent solutions at client sites. You will work with building automation, energy management and smart‑hotel systems to ensure reliable operation for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure GTC/BMS, GRMS and domotics solutions for hotels and connected buildings.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on installed systems.
• Conduct technical tests and validations to verify performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand functional specifications and translate them into system settings.
• Document configuration changes and follow quality‑assurance procedures.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of technical management and automation systems (GTC/BMS, GRMS, domotics).
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, functional documentation and specifications.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedural and quality standards.
• Good interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Required skills

• Programming and configuration of GTC/BMS and GRMS platforms.
• Experience with DALI and KNX communication protocols.
• Solid understanding of IT networking and communication protocols.
• System supervision and monitoring techniques.
