Telecom Sales Representative – French/Belgian Market – Fixed 5000 net + Unlimited Bonuses

About the role

We are looking for motivated telecom sales agents to promote our services to French‑ and Belgian‑market prospects from our Casablanca call centre. The position is open to both newcomers and experienced sellers who can work independently and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present and promote telecom products and services tailored to the French and Belgian markets.
• Close sales remotely and achieve assigned revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities.

Required profile

• Strong oral communication and active listening skills.
• Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑driven attitude with a focus on meeting targets.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
