About the role
We are looking for a motivated B2B Tele‑Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The role involves contacting business clients by phone, presenting our solutions, and driving sales through effective negotiation and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective B2B customers and qualify leads.
- Present product or service offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong listening skills and empathy towards client needs.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience in tele‑sales or B2B customer relations.
Required skills
- Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Fluent French language proficiency.
