About the role

Atlas On Line, a subsidiary of Royal Air Maroc, is expanding its customer relationship centre. We are looking for English‑speaking call centre agents to handle inbound calls, provide assistance, and support sales for our airline transport services.

Key responsibilities

Greet callers, verify their identity, and accurately capture their requests.
Analyse customer needs and deliver appropriate advice, support, and solutions.
Achieve sales targets while managing and resolving customer complaints.

Required profile

Minimum education: Bac+2 (DEUG, licence or equivalent).
Proficient in French and fluent in a second language (English, German or Italian).
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, clear communication, and ability to work in a team.
