Telesales Executive

About the role

The Telesales Executive will manage a portfolio of 400‑600 existing DHL customers within the Direct Sales segment. The role focuses on retaining revenue, growing accounts through up‑selling and cross‑selling, and generating new business by opening fresh accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing DHL customers via regular telephone contact.
• Achieve revenue retention and growth targets through up‑selling and cross‑selling of DHL services and products.
• Open new accounts and ensure profitable trading relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales Channels and other DHL departments to deliver cost‑effective service.
• Provide customer‑oriented service for sales and post‑sales inquiries.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to act as the main point of contact.
• Proactive communication and cooperation with internal sales teams.
