About the role
Otis is seeking a temporary elevator mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades for elevator systems at our Casablanca location.
Key responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to detect wear and avoid breakdowns.
- Diagnose technical issues during incidents or inspections.
- Repair defective components following safety procedures.
- Replace worn or faulty parts to ensure proper elevator operation.
- Upgrade equipment to current standards for improved performance and energy efficiency.
- Document all preventive and corrective interventions accurately.
- Communicate with clients to schedule interventions and explain issues and solutions.
- Prioritize user safety by adhering to safety protocols during all interventions.
