Tender Specialist – Pharmaceutical Industry

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Tender Specialist to support its commercial operations in Casablanca. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing submissions and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant bids.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.
• Review tender requirements, assess eligibility and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation within established deadlines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and other functions.
• Support the preparation of pricing proposals and commercial offers.
• Maintain tender databases and produce periodic activity reports.
• Follow up on awarded tenders, contract execution and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in tender management, commercial operations or a similar role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English and French.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
