Test Lead

About the role

As a Test Lead you will join AXA GBS Morocco within the Transformation and Technologies department, which works with Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications delivered to clients and employees, coordinating testing activities and safeguarding the testing strategy across your scope.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project risks, define testing priorities and establish entry/exit criteria for each testing level.
• Coordinate test environments, platforms and tools to guarantee smooth testing operations.
• Organise and lead testing activities, design and execute both manual and automated tests.
• Evaluate product quality, close testing phases and ensure that anomalies are addressed.
• Document test reports, defect reports and qualification reports; monitor testing KPIs and software quality metrics.
• Mentor Test Engineers, lead process‑improvement initiatives and contribute to testing repositories and best practices.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience testing enterprise applications in Agile environments.
• Rigorous, detail‑oriented with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English.
