Test Parts Procurement Specialist

About the role

You will be responsible for guaranteeing the availability of parts required for prototype and test‑bench construction, applying just‑in‑time (JIT) and just‑in‑sequence (JIS) delivery concepts. The role combines logistics coordination, warehouse management and close interaction with suppliers to support automotive and aerospace development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring parts availability for prototype and test‑bench builds using JIT and JIS delivery methods.
• Controlling warehouse processes and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Preparing requirement plans and coordinating delivery dates and quantities with suppliers.
• Optimising internal logistics processes to improve efficiency.
• Preparing status reports on parts availability.
• Updating and maintaining the merchandise management system.

Required profile

• Completed a technical or commercial degree/training.
• Initial professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in consulting with customers.
• Ability to work in a structured manner, both independently and as part of a team.
