Test Support Planning Pilot

About the role

The Test Support Planning Pilot coordinates and optimises the planning of vehicle testing activities for ALTEN Maroc. You will ensure that each test is scheduled efficiently, aligned with client requirements and programme objectives, while maintaining real‑time updates as priorities evolve.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans for specific vehicle programmes and continuously monitor progress.
• Adjust schedules in real time to accommodate technical constraints, resource availability and urgent changes.
• Act as the central point of contact between engineering teams, test centres and clients to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain realistic and flexible planning to meet programme deadlines and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5).
• 3‑5 years of experience in schedule or project management within the automotive sector.
• Strong automotive knowledge, including test typologies and vehicle architecture.
• Clear, assertive communication with multiple stakeholders.
• High adaptability and emotional resilience under pressure.
