Test Technician - Electrical Defect Analysis

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full-time Test Technician in Fez. You will ensure the quality and reliability of testing processes, working closely with engineering and production teams. The company values passion and attitude over experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze electrical defects using the wire list and electrical schematics
• Create detailed electrical defect reports and ensure correct repairs
• Support debugging of test programs when needed
• Train and integrate new recruits
• Ensure adherence to the Golden Rules of Testing
• Provide on-call support when necessary

Required profile

• Degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, IT Networks or similar (DTS, BTS or DUT)
• Experience or understanding of electrical testing processes, with or without prior experience
• Proficiency in French (mandatory); knowledge of English highly desirable
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to handle stress and work in a 4-shift schedule

• Use of computer tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
