About the role

The National Office of Railways (ONCF) is launching a recruitment campaign to attract qualified BTS graduates in SME/SMI management. The position is classified as an “Agent de Maîtrise” and will support operational needs across the railway network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administrative and operational management of small and medium‑size enterprises linked to ONCF projects.
• Support the preparation and follow‑up of internal reports, budgets and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of transformation initiatives.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes related to SME/SMI services.

Required profile

• Holder of a BTS in Gestion des PME/PMI (or equivalent) issued by a public institution.
• Maximum age of 30 years on 31 December 2026.
• French‑language proficiency; ability to work in a Moroccan context.
• Complete application dossier including diploma, electronic national ID, and up‑to‑date CV.
