About the role
LEONI is seeking a TL Production Engineering to lead and supervise engineering activities within its Bouskoura plant. The role focuses on industrial and production engineering, ensuring standards are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the execution of engineering activities for Industrial Engineering & Production Engineering.
- Ensure implementation of defined standards for equipment, processes, software, and systems within the Plant Engineering organisation.
- Oversee project management engineering activities.
- Support development of new production equipment and processes in coordination with production preparation and technology teams.
- Allocate resources across the operation production facility.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership positions.
