Tour Leader

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tour Leader to guide guests on tours and excursions across Fes and other destinations in Morocco. You will provide a warm, professional experience while sharing the rich culture, history, and traditions of the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and accompany guests on daily tours, ensuring safety and high service quality.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, handle requests, complaints, and unexpected situations.
• Explain Moroccan culture, history, landmarks, and local experiences.
• Coordinate schedules, transportation, activities, restaurants, accommodations, and suppliers.
• Prepare all tour arrangements before guest arrival and monitor service quality.
• Collaborate with drivers, guides, hotels, restaurants, activity providers, and the Operations team.
• Provide daily updates and reports, and assist with last‑minute operational changes.
• Create authentic, social‑media‑friendly content showcasing destinations, activities, food, and culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Tour Leader, Tour Guide, Travel Coordinator, or similar tourism role.
• Strong knowledge of Fes and Moroccan destinations, culture, history, and tourism experiences.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal/customer‑service abilities.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage, especially if driving duties are required.
