Tour Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tour Leader to guide guests on tours and excursions across Fes and other destinations in Morocco, delivering a professional, warm, and engaging experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and accompany guests on tours and excursions across Fes and other Moroccan destinations.
• Welcome guests and provide a professional, warm, and engaging experience.
• Explain Moroccan culture, history, traditions, landmarks, and local experiences.
• Coordinate daily tour schedules, transportation, activities, restaurants, accommodations, and other suppliers.
• Handle guest questions, requests, complaints, and unexpected situations professionally.
• Monitor service quality, report operational issues, and ensure guest safety following company procedures.
• Create authentic social‑media‑friendly content showcasing destinations, activities, food, and culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Tour Leader, Tour Guide, Travel Coordinator, or similar tourism role.
• Strong knowledge of Fes and Moroccan destinations, culture, history, and tourism experiences.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
