Tourism Specialist

About the role

The Tourism Specialist is a full‑time on‑site position based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. You will design and promote travel packages, coordinate bookings and manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for individual and group clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and promote travel packages tailored to client preferences.
• Coordinate bookings and manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for individuals and groups.
• Consult with travelers to understand their needs and provide destination advice.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and process reservations.
• Collaborate with local and international partners and handle changes or issues efficiently.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities and maintain accurate records in reservation systems.
• Contribute ideas to improve services and travel products.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, partners and team members.
• Solid knowledge of travel & tourism, including destinations, itineraries, regulations and industry trends.
• Proven customer‑service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues and deliver a positive experience.
• Experience in sales and marketing to promote packages and support business growth.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in a travel agency, tour operator or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Relevant education in tourism, hospitality management, business or a related field is beneficial.
