About the role
As a Trade Activation Manager you will drive L’Oréal’s brand presence in the Moroccan retail environment, turning strategy into compelling in‑store experiences for iconic brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Garnier and Maybelline New York.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual trade‑marketing plan across multiple retail channels, aligning with sales and marketing objectives.
- Design and execute best‑in‑class in‑store activations, promotions and merchandising to increase visibility and sell‑out.
- Serve as the primary liaison between sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams to ensure seamless campaign rollout.
- Monitor, analyse and report on trade‑marketing performance, using data insights to optimise future initiatives and ROI.
Required profile
- Proven experience in trade marketing, category management or a similar commercial role.
- Strong strategic planning and project‑management abilities.
- Excellent commercial acumen with a solid understanding of the Moroccan retail landscape.
- Proficiency in data analytics to track performance and generate insights.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
