About the role

LM Sales is seeking motivated sales professionals to support a financial services partner operating in Canada. The team will contact potential clients, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships through professional communication and consistent follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone outreach to prospects in the Canadian market.
• Identify client needs, present solutions, and nurture relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent English proficiency (C1/C2) with a clear, confident speaking style.
• Resides in Casablanca or willing to relocate before starting.
• Strong relationship‑building, persuasion, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, persistence, and results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Telephone sales experience (advantageous).
• Call‑center environment familiarity (advantageous).
