Training Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist will support the HR department in delivering and managing training initiatives across the organization. You will ensure smooth execution of onboarding, job transfer qualifications, and continuous learning activities while maintaining high‑quality training documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily training operations, from preparation to execution and feedback collection.
• Deliver, assess, and evaluate onboarding training for new hires, maintaining training materials and test papers.
• Conduct job transfer qualification assessments, archive records, and guide departments in building training standards.
• Handle training administration, including material management, record‑keeping, and monthly schedule publication.
• Create an internal learning culture by organizing training‑related events, photography, video editing, and communication.
• Process training subsidy policy applications and maintain related financial ledgers.
• Assist in developing the training system, conducting annual needs surveys, and analyzing results.
• Collaborate on cross‑departmental projects and act as the primary contact for compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience in a similar role, with prior experience in training or learning & development.
• Familiarity with national HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic image processing software skills.
