About the role

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service leader that partners with tech companies and industry giants. As a Travel Support Consultant you will work remotely, providing multilingual customer assistance while developing new skills in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
• Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
• Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.
• Communicate with developers and cross‑functional specialists.

Required profile

• Excellent English skills (C1 spoken and written).
• 6‑12 months of experience in a customer support role.
• Strong analytical thinking and research abilities.
• Experience in the travel industry.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
