    Position Overview

    The Trilingual Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Fortrade LTD and prospective clients. Based in Rabat, the role requires fluency in English, French, and Gulf Arabic (B2+), enabling the manager to guide users from account registration through to live trading. The manager will present platform features, demonstrate trading strategies, and convert demo users into funded accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained client engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with clients who register for demo accounts, providing personalized support.
    • Present platform features in a clear, tailored manner to highlight benefits.
    • Convert demo users into real, funded accounts, driving revenue growth.
    • Identify client needs and offer customized solutions to meet investment goals.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and long‑term retention through proactive communication.
    • Maintain and update CRM records regularly to reflect client interactions.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and performance targets.

    Desired Profile

    • High school diploma or university degree.
    • Strong proficiency in English, French, and Gulf Arabic (B2+ level) – both written and spoken.
    • Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; motivation and willingness to learn are valued.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
    • Knowledge of Forex and CFD trading is advantageous but not required.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
