Vaccines Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Vaccines Brand Manager to lead the brand strategy and marketing activities for our vaccine portfolio in Morocco. You will work on‑site with cross‑functional partners, shaping prevention strategies and delivering measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local brand plans aligned with regional and global vaccine strategies.
• Use customer and market insights to design multichannel journeys for healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
• Lead pre‑ and post‑launch activities, adapting materials locally and coordinating with agencies and operations.
• Monitor brand performance, manage marketing budgets and recommend actions to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely supply, accurate forecasting and compliant promotional execution.
• Build strong relationships with global colleagues to share learnings and inform global plans.
• Conduct 30 % field activities, including double visits and monitoring implementation.
• Accountable for in‑market sales and sales forecasting for the assigned portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or vaccine marketing, brand or product management.
• Proven experience designing and implementing multichannel campaigns.
• Experience working in a matrix environment with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; professional proficiency in English.
• On‑site work model in Morocco with occasional hybrid flexibility.
