Vehicle Functional Manager

About the role

The Vehicle Functional Manager will lead the design, verification and integration of vehicle systems, ensuring alignment with ALTEN's technical roadmap and QCTP objectives. This position requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to guarantee that system designs meet all functional and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and verify system designs according to QCTP objectives and the MAKE or BUY strategy.
• Develop integration and validation plans to confirm that designs satisfy assigned requirements.
• Organize and control testing activities for system integration and validation.
• Ensure consistency with group technical policies across features, subsystems, components and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle functional engineering.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle functions, functional requirements and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with vehicle function standards.
