About the role

The company is expanding its premium chocolate showroom in Casablanca and seeks an experienced sales associate who is passionate about chocolate and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing chocolate products, including gift boxes, tiffins, and newborn celebration buffets.
• Prepare and arrange chocolate assortments according to client specifications.
• Maintain a clean, elegant presentation of the showroom and product displays.
• Provide personalized advice and recommendations to enhance the client experience.
• Handle transactions and ensure accurate record‑keeping of sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in confectionery or luxury food sectors.
• Strong sense of hospitality, customer orientation and ability to give tailored advice.
• Polished appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Dynamic, responsible, and motivated with a commercial mindset.
• Enjoys challenges and meeting sales targets.
