Visual Merchandiser – Retail Store

About the role

LC Waikiki is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to ensure that store presentations align with corporate visual standards and effectively promote new product lines. You will work closely with store teams and the headquarters visual merchandising department to create an engaging shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage visual merchandising of the store according to brand guidelines.
• Implement daily, weekly and seasonal visual activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and staff to schedule upcoming visual projects.
• Collaborate with the Turkey HQ Visual Merchandising Team to maintain corporate visual standards.
• Arrange signage, fixtures, mannequins and other visual materials in compliance with guidelines.
• Deliver training and communication programs to store personnel on visual standards.
• Participate in seasonal workshops at headquarters and apply best practices locally.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a visual merchandising or similar role.
• Strong passion for fashion trends.
• Results‑oriented with a proven ability to develop and deliver visual concepts.
• Problem‑solving, organizational and planning abilities.
• Comfortable working in a multinational, multicultural environment.
