Visual Merchandiser – Retail Store

About the role

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our Casablanca store, responsible for implementing Koton’s visual standards and creating compelling product displays that drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Koton visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Organise store visual design according to the visual concept set by Headquarters.
• Update visual displays and follow merchandising guidelines provided by the Visual Department.
• Arrange product placement by brand categories, product lines, series and colour harmony.
• Create attractive presentations using mannequins, displays, lighting, signage and visual materials.
• Ensure the right products are displayed at the right time and location to maximise sales.
• Organise store entrance areas, display units, stands and visual equipment effectively.
• Monitor conformity of indoor, wall and middle units with project and visual standards.
• Identify visual material needs (mannequins, hangers, plexiglass, etc.) and inform the Store Manager.
• Contribute new visual ideas that enhance Koton’s brand image.
• Carry out all visual merchandising tasks assigned by the Store Manager and Headquarters Visual Department.

Required profile

• Fashion Design or Visual Design degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of product presentation and outfit combination principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on service.
• Open to learning, continuous development and sales‑oriented persuasion.
• Good time‑management abilities.
