About the role
Hyatt Regency Taghazout is seeking an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join its food‑and‑beverage team. The successful candidate will deliver friendly, professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while supporting the overall hospitality standards of the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consistent, positive customer service throughout each shift.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and available services to answer guest inquiries.
- Assist guests during their stay, promptly addressing any complaints or special requests.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong multitasking ability and keen attention to detail.
- Good hygiene practices and knowledge of food safety standards.
- Creative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
- Active listening skills and high interpersonal aptitude for building lasting guest relationships.
